This week has been very, very chill. You know what? I like chill. I've played basketball for about a million hours this week for no real reason other than I like basketball. That's what it's all about, and that's what it should be about. I've been caught up in the whole basketball-star-career-fame-money pressure before and lost sight of the game. Since I was shot last year, though, my perspectives have changed. We've got one life to live, and I want to play basketball and enjoy it. My dad doesn't feel me, and our opposing perspectives have been clashing lately. I've just got to do me. I can't please him and myself at the same time if that's the way that he wants to be, and that's all I can do.

I don't have much exciting to write, but that's okay because I'm feeling pretty mellow and philosophical right now, in case you can't tell. That said, I'm going to finish this update, and it might not be that entertaining, but I'm attributing that to the fact that even though I have a new icon, I'm not cool enough to be eating a snow cone in it.
